Relax & Splash! Emerald Isle beach house w/ pool

Welcome to your Sound Side Sanctuary, a custom-built, 3-bedroom, 2 bathroom home with a POOL 🏊‍♀️💦. You will be staying less than a mile from the beach, and across from the sound front in the most peaceful neighborhood that Emerald Isle has to offer. Walk or bike to the beach! Just bring the family! We are providing everything else from beach chairs, beach towels, linens, a well stocked kitchen, coffee maker, blender, a grill, & a gated porch: the perfect relaxing place for you & your family! The space This modern coastal-style home is perfect for families to gather and feel at ease. *This listing is for the entire private top floor of the home*. You will have private use of the saltwater pool also. It is not a shared pool. If you are traveling with a pet, please include the number of pets you are traveling with within your guest count. There is a pet fee. The kitchen is modern and fully stocked with the essentials any kitchen should have. All you will need to do is fill the refrigerator with your groceries. From paper towels to dishwasher pods, a coffee maker, and a hot water kettle, you will be provided with everything you need to cook and grill without having to make those pesky last-minute trips to the grocery store! The dining table is right off the kitchen, which seats six adults comfortably, with more dining options on the porch. The home consists of three bedrooms. 1) The Primary Suite includes a King Size bed with a new Lucid mattress and a walk-in closet; the attached bathroom consists of a double vanity, a spa tub, and a standing shower. A smart TV is also included in this room. 2) The Double Bunk Room. Just as it sounds, two bunk beds, a smart TV mounted, and a walk-in closet. 3) The Queen room. A well-designed, cozy space with a queen bed and a smart TV mounted. This room is across the hall from the double bunk room. * Between the Queen room & double bunk room, there is a complete, minimalistic bathroom. This bathroom features a vanity, mirror, toilet, and step-in shower/tub combo. Each bathroom is stocked with fresh linens. Each bedroom closet is stocked with additional pillows and blankets. Kid items such as a pack-n-play and a high-chair can be arranged. Just message me, and we can make it happen! There is no extra cost for these items. The living room is open and airy, flowing into the kitchen and dining area. The porch area might become your favorite space! Here you will find a dining table and a sectional couch with a coffee table. There is a gate that offers security from the steps. Down the back steps is where you will find your Pool, lounge chairs, and grill. The ground floor of the home is our personal apartment. We usually greet guest in passing during their stay and are happy to assist as needed, but we aim to go unseen & leave our guest to enjoy the property in peace! Guest access Our neighborhood is walkable and bikeable. The closest beach access is 3/4 of a mile away. Though not necessary, we recommend considering renting a golf cart for your stay to get a true Emerald Isle experience. There are 2 parking spaces available for you during your stay, there is enough room for four vehicles. The neighborhood is dotted with public sound accesses. You will also be a short bike ride away from Cedar Street access, the best sunset spot on Emerald Isle. You can also fish, SUP, and Kayak from this dock. There is a small parking lot. Other things to note Our checkout instructions include zero chores! Just please check to make sure you haven't left anything behind and travel safely.
