BUILT IN 2021 in VILASSAR DE MAR - 5 MIN FROM THE BEACH Just around the corner there’s a fenced area with children's playground, restaurants, supermarkets, bakeries, pharmacies, and other shops nearby. The space 3SUITES is a two-story apartment. ENTRANCE: From the street, we find a beautiful glass and metal door on the left of the building. To access the apartment we have to go up some stairs with railing to the first floor. On this floor we find an open space where the kitchen, dining room, and living room are, as well as one bedroom, a bathroom with a shower, and the laundry room. FIRST FLOOR DINING ROOM: An open-lit space equipped with a beautiful metallic table that comfortably seats six diners. The dining room is just next to the kitchen, which makes it very practical for cooking and can turn any meal into a special moment. KITCHEN: Fully equipped with new appliances and everything you need for a more comfortable stay. Refrigerator-freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fireplace, good smoke extraction, coffee maker, kitchen utensils, cutlery ... There is a long countertop to cook or make some sandwiches to take on an excursion or to the beach! LIVING ROOM: A four-seater sofa with two armchairs in front. New furniture is designed for every corner. The design allows light to enter through the windows and spread around the room. The living room has access to the balcony. BALCONY: On the balcony, there are two metal armchairs and a small table. Enjoy a coffee after lunch or plan your next adventure! BEDROOM 1: Two single beds and a private bathroom with a shower. There are two windows with shutters, a desk for work, a small TV and a space to store clothes that we can hide behind a curtain. LAUNDRY ROOM: Small room where the washing machine, cleaning utensils (mop, broom, shovel...), iron, and ironing board are kept. There is also a high chair for the little ones. The same stairs from the entrance lead us to the second floor, which holds two bedrooms, both with private bathrooms. SECOND FLOOR BEDROOM 2: Double bed and a private bathroom with shower. It has a private terrace and a space to store clothes closed with curtains. BEDROOM 3: Two single beds and a private bathroom with a shower. It has a private terrace, a work desk, a small TV, and a space to store clothes closed with curtains Guest access 3SUITES is exclusive to its guests. ENTRANCE PORTAL The building consists of a house, 3SUITES, and a place for culinary experiences on the ground floor, ESPAI58. Access is not shared with other residents, but we ask everyone to be respectful to the neighbors. BALCONY The balcony is private but we ask you to please respect the rest hour of our neighbors. - It is not allowed to speak loudly, play music, or perform other noisy activities from 09h00 to 21h00. THE TERRACES The upstairs bedrooms each have a sunny private terrace. INCLUDED SERVICES - Bed linen, bath towels, shampoo, gel, initial kitchen kit. - High chair - Check-in from 16:00 to 20:00. Guests should contact us in advance to inform us of their expected arrival time to arrange their welcome with us! We always try to accommodate, but in the high season, it will depend on availability. Other things to note “OUR DESTINY DEPENDS ON YOUR RESPONSIBILITY” Please, make sure that you will be able to respect the house rules before making a reservation. For us, it is very important to respect the tranquillity of the residential neighbourhood where the house is located. Thank you in advance for your understanding! HOUSE'S RULES - It is not rented to groups under 25 years. - The Rental Agreement of the property for Tourist Season will be accepted when booking and will be signed prior to the delivery of the keys. - Acceptance of the deposit. This will be done upon arrival by pre-authorization with a credit card. - All the people on the reservation must identify themselves by showing their identity documents. They will be asked before and during the welcome. - During their stay, minors must always be supervised by an adult, they are the sole responsibility of their parents/guardians. - Garbage must also be removed from the accommodation periodically to avoid odours and dirt. - It is everyone's responsibility to respect and preserve the resources we have. Please, avoid waste and negligent use of resources. The waste, abusive consumption or negligent use of electricity, water and gas is not included and can be deducted from the deposit. IT'S NOT ALLOWED - Host or invite more people than those registered in the reservation form. - Perform noisy activities (music, loud conversations...) from 9:00 p.m. and before 09:00 a.m. It is very important to respect the rest of our neighbours. - Organize events, parties, bachelor parties, as well as any inappropriate behaviour. - Use bath towels for the beach or pool. The return of these in poor condition will incur an additional cost. - Guests are not allowed to smoke inside the house; if guests wish, they can smoke in the exterior spaces of the property. In this case, use ashtrays and respect the garden areas, terraces and/or balconies. - Groups of students are not allowed. - No pets allowed. IN CASE OF BREACH OF ANY OF THE RULES, THE HOUSE MUST BE ABANDONED We are very strict with the rules because the houses that we help manage are not located in tourist areas. Properties are in very quiet urbanizations and we want (we need) to preserve the coexistence between visitors and residents. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact us!
