Please enter the exact number of guests before booking. • Children over 2 years of age count as additional guests. • Extra guests at check-in: US$28.00 or GTQ224.00 per night. 👥 Visitors • Visitors must be previously authorized at reception and may only enter during restricted hours, check with Reception. • Each authorized visitor must leave a personal identification document or a cash deposit of US$28.00 or GTQ224.00 at the front desk, which will be returned upon departure. Guest access 🚤 Guest access: At The Lake House, you can enjoy free kayaks available upon arrival, and you can request them at Reception with our staff. "Hours of use are from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm, always subject to the weather conditions of the lake at the time it is required." The public beach is right in front of the property and Lake Atitlán is just 30 meters away, separated only by a road. 📍 Just 10 minutes away by car or tuc-tuc, you will find the village of Panajachel, with a great variety of restaurants, pharmacies, supermarkets, craft shops and colorful typical markets. 🛶 If you wish, you can also take a private boat in front of the house to tour the lake and visit its charming villages. 🤝 Upon arrival, our reception staff will be happy to recommend activities and special places to visit. Other things to note ℹ️ Important information: • The rate varies depending on the number of guests. It's important to enter the exact number of guests at the time of booking. • Children over 2 years of age count as additional guests and pay as adults. 🏞️ Location The Lake House is located across from Lake Atitlán and the public beach, separated only by a road. On some days of the week and on holidays, you can hear music or some noise coming from the beach. 🐾 Pets • One small pet is allowed (maximum 1 per reservation). • Rate: US$25.00 or GTQ200.00 per night. • Medium or large pets are not allowed. • A photo of the pet must be submitted for host approval prior to check-in. • Once accepted, payment is made in cash at reception during check-in and a liability sheet is signed. 🧹 Sanitization • All rooms in the house are carefully sanitized after each stay for the safety of our guests and collaborators. 🔒 Security The property has a security camera circuit in all common areas (parking, gardens, entrances, etc.). 🕒 Normal check-in is from 3:00 pm to 9:00 pm. Special check-in is offered from 9:00 pm to 12:00 am (midnight), with an additional charge of US$25.00 or GTQ200.00, for check-in after 9:00 pm.
