Open spaces and a Classic - Contemporary style define the home. Built in 1900 and later expanded in 1950, the open-plan and bright home all revolves around to the art. Guest access The house is located in the small fishing village of Vilaxoán, near the Pazo de Sobrán and the Romanesque Church of San Martiño. You can walk to all basic services: pharmacy, medical center, supermarket and traditional market. There is free public outdoor parking at the rear of the house. Other things to note It is located 2 km from the coastal city of Vilagarcía de Arousa, capital of the Rías Baixas. Railway station in Vilagarcia de Arosa. Direct train from Madrid to Vilagarcía de Arosa. The closest beach to the house is 300 meters away (Preguntoiro beach). Nearby places to visit: Santiago de Compostela 40 minutes by car. Pontevedra 30 minutes by car. Vigo 40 minutes by car. Carril, parish of Vilagarcia famous for the cultivation of the "Carril Clam". Pazo de Rubianes, dates back to the 15th century, with a garden with more than 5,000 camellias and unique trees, declared a "Garden of International Excellence". Cambados, beautiful seaside town, capital of "Albariño Wine", where the magnificent "Pazo de Fefiñanes" is located. Arousa Island, the largest island in Galicia, declared a Natural Reserve by the European Union. It has 11 km of beaches. Famous for its gastronomy, the cultivation of mussels and its specialty in the preparation of octopus. Sanxenxo, one of the most important tourist destinations in Galicia. Ons Island, located at the entrance to the Pontevedra estuary, is part, along with Cies, Sálvora and Cortegada Islands, of the Atlantic Islands National Park. Combarro, a tourist fishing town with great charm on the shores of the Pontevedra estuary. Playa de la Lanzada, located on the isthmus of the O Grove peninsula, is 2.5 km long and is one of the most famous in Galicia. Da Toxa Island, an emblematic place in the Rías Baixas, known for its Gran Hotel Balneario. Pedras Negras Trail runs along a wooden walkway next to the sea in San Vicente do Mar, considered one of the most beautiful walks in Galicia. Other activities: hiking trails, sailing and kayaking.
