An amazing boutique suite by CASA CARMEL. Newly renovated, romantic and family friendly. Garden and terrace with a breathtaking view of the Carmel Mountains. Fully equipped with everything needed for a perfect stay. Located in an upscale and quiet neighborhood, with so many attractions nearby including hiking trails, cable car, view points, zoo, shopping centers, cafes & restaurants etc. Supermarket & gym at walking distance. Amazing terrace and garden with breathtaking view, outdoor pool, hottub, BBQ and outdoor furniture. The bedroom has comfortable queen-size bed, living room with sofa-bed (opens to a super comfortable queen size bed). Fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, stove, micro, oven, toaster dishes, silverware and more. TVs are available in the living room, bedroom and outdoor including Netflix. A work-space equipped with a computer screen to work remotely. Free WiFi access. We have crib, toys and books for our little guests. Guest access Easy access and transportation to the location. Plenty of free parking on the street. Several commercial centers in the neighborhood (2 mins walk/drive). Other things to note - Our house is located at the border of the Carmel national park. The suite is located at the ground floor of our 4-floors Vila where we live (the suite is 3 levels below the street), there’s easy access via our outdoor staircase. Guests must use stairs. No elevator or wheelchair access. - Important Notice: It’s a quiet and relaxed neighborhood. Please respect our neighbours. We have elderly neighbors who live above the suite. We respect our neighbors and wish to keep them undisturbed by our guests. - Quiet Hours: Quiet Hours are between 14:00PM-16:00PM and from 23:00PM till 07:00AM the next day. Making noise outside in the garden/terrasse during Quiet Hours is strictly forbidden. No noise or loud music allowed. Parties are not allowed. - Smoking Areas: smoking is strictly forbidden inside the suite and on the terrasse area outside marked with “no smoking area” signs (specifically the sofa sitting area and hammock area on the terrace which are located below the neighbors windows) - Pool operates during Summer and Spring. Operating hours: 08:00AM-14:00PM & 16:00PM-22:00PM. Note: Pool area is visible from our house and our elderly neighbours. The terrace with the all sitting area and the HotTub is very private. - Pets on premise - as shown in the pictures, we have two dogs (they don’t have access to the suite itself), and 2 cats. - We are committed to very high cleaning standards for the benefit of our guests. - The suite is located 3.5 levels below the street and is accessible via comfortable outdoor stairs. - Breakfast is an optional service and additional fees apply per person. If relevant, please contact us for more details and to check breakfast availability during your stay. - Please note: As part of check-in process, foreign travelers (non-Israeli residents) will be required to provide a photo of their passport. Only one passport is required, from the person who made the reservation.
