We have been in the nightly rental business for 20 years and we know how to equip our places to make our guests feel at home. We have completely remodeled this home. It is 1400 Sq feet with 3 bedroom 2 bath and large kitchen furnished. We have 3 flatscreen tvs, wifi,toys,games and a great view of the Lake. We have washer/dryer with detergent. House has patio table, charcoal grill, firepit and a mountain to explore. We are located about 15 minutes from Wagoner and 15 minutes from Muskogee. RULES: It seems that some guests do not read the rule section so we will start our description with the rules. We advertise our home for a total of 6 guests and we mean 6 guests. We do not allow parties of any kind without special arrangements. We do not allow pets … even small ones that are house broke and in a kennel No smoking inside the house. IF THESE RULES ARE A PROBLEM DO NOT BOOK OUR PLACE! If these rules are not a problem we would be pleased to have you staying with us. We have completely remodeled this home. It is 1400 sq feet with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large kitchen completely furnished with everything you will need but food, and a dinning table that will comfortably seat six people. Each bedroom has a king bed for your comfort. We have 3 Smart flat screen TVs with wifi, Toys for the kids, games for the adults, and a pac n play for the baby. We have a washer/dryer with detergent furnished and all linens are provided. You can enjoy the view of the lake from inside the house or outside on the deck. We have patio table and chairs, charcoal grill, and a firepit. The fire pit is shared with the log cabin that we also own. The Lake View Cottage is Secluded, Peaceful, Serene, Scenic, Quiet, Beautiful, Amazing view, and more. The house is on the side of a mountain, with a large deck overlooking Fort Gibson Lake. When you stay here you will likely see Bald Eagles, White Tail Deer, and a variety of other wildlife. It is about one hundred yards to the lake, but you need good knees and a strong heart to make the hike to the Lake. You can hike to the lake and fish, and you will have a whole mountain you can explore. Wahoo Bay and Sequoya are only two miles away where you can put you boat or jet skis in the water. However, you will not be able to park your trailer at the cabin. There are several marinas in the area where you can rent Pontoons or jet skis PLEASE READ THESE RULES: We advertise our home for a total of 6 guests and we mean 6 guests. ID will be required. IF THESE RULES ARE A PROBLEM PLEASE DO NOT RENT OUR HOME If these rules are not a problem we are excited to have you as a guest in our home. There is adequate room for 2 vehicles but there is not adequate room for a trailer. If you bring it in you may not get it out. If you are bringing a boat we recommend you park the trailer at the Marina 2 miles away. This is the perfect place to spend a few days fishing, boating, exploring, or just enjoying the solitude and peacefulness of this beautiful home. There is a sharp narrow corner that makes it nearly impossible to bring a trailer.
