Lovely, relaxed holiday let on the peaceful St Merryn Park. Perfect for the whole family or a get away with friends. Three bedrooms, spacious living area and kitchen and an ample garden with patio and outdoor eating areas. A short drive to the north Cornish coast and Seven Bays region of Cornwall with a wide range of outstanding beaches. The famous town of Padstow is within 5 miles, Newquay is just over 10 miles away, and its a half hour drive to the south coast of Cornwall and the Eden project. The space Three bedroom holiday home, spacious living and dining area. Modern fitted kitchen, including oven, fridge freezer, air fryer, dishwasher and washing machine. Master bedroom with walk in wardrobe, double bed, and ensuite toilet, shower and sink. Two further bedrooms with built in wardrobes, each with two single beds. Spacious bathroom with toilet, bath, sink and shower. Ample outside areas for dining and relaxing, including a BBQ for guest use. The property is lawned on 3 sides giving plenty of sunny and shady options for relaxing outside. Bed linen and towels are not provided, guests will need to bring towels, sheets, duvet covers and pillow cases. Pillows and duvets are provided in all bedrooms. Guest access The park is set a short drive from St Merryn village. The park has a bar and resturant, a small shop based in the bar (afternoon/evening only), two tennis courts, and a children's play area. The property has an off road parking space for one car, with additional parking spaces near by. The nearby village of St Merryn has further shops, pubs and restaurants, including The Farmers Arms, and Rick Stein's Cornish Arms. The local area, 'seven bays' offers seven beautiful beaches, all within a short drive. Other things to note All bookings are a minimum of 2 nights, with flexible check in dates subject to availability. Unfortunately we cannot accept bookings from larger single sex groups.
