The well-equipped farmhouse kitchen has a breakfast island and Aga and leads out to a large boot room. A useful cloakroom with laundry area is also located on the ground floor. On the first floor there are five comfortable bedrooms, two with stylish en-suite shower rooms; and an attractive family bathroom. Outside, the house enjoys a front and rear, part-walled garden, with a sheltered dining terrace and a large lawn which is ideal for family games. Perfectly situated for trips to nearby Sherborne with its shops, restaurants, two castles and Abbey; or Yeovil with its theatre and nearby National Trust properties, Lower Farm is the ideal property for gathering friends and family together for fun, adventures or celebrations. Kitchen With an Aga (switched on October-April), electric ovens and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, central island and stools, door leading to the large boot room and rear garden. Cloakroom With washing machine, wash basin and WC. First Floor: Bedroom one With a 5' king-size bed and en-suite shower room. En-suite shower room With walk-in shower, wash basin, WC and heated towel rail. Bedroom two With a super- king size bed and en-suite shower room.
