This home has a private and fenced back yard (unique in the city) with chairs, grill & fire pit, washer/dryer! Within walking distance to many downtown corporate offices, the Murat/Old National and bottle works/mass ave and a number of great places to eat! The home has two bedrooms, the master with a king bed and a single rollaway if needed and in bedroom 2, a queen bed. The couch is also an option (while not a pull out). The home comfortably sleeps 5. Most downtown locations are a short walk, Uber, or scooter ride away! We can accommodate stays from one night and offer discounts on longer term stays (weekly and monthly based on availability) when life brings you here for longer periods of time and you prefer a furnished experience. Guests will have access to the full home, backyard, and two car garage. Additional free street parking out front is available as well. We provide self check in and I am available for any questions or recommendations that may be needed before and during your stay. We also provide a home guide that should help you navigate the area. Our home was built in 1880, with a mix of old world charm, and fresh upgrades providing modern finishes and traditional decor. You will find a mix of new and old Indy charm in the neighborhood as well. Our home was built in 1880 and is a perfect mix of old world charm and updated shabby chic! It does have its quirks as an older home but we think you will love it none the less!
