For u:clean sheets, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, towels, coffee, &fruit. Absolutely no alcohol/drugs. 9min car ride to sunny isles beach (Bal Harbor the closest sandy beach), Haulover beach. Use our pots, dishes, dishwasher, oven, wash cloths. Close to all places you want to be. The space in a private home with a big circular driveway and a big back yard for picnicking, hanging out or smoking. There is more parking across the street. No elevators. Just park your car and enter the home. We are located on a residential street. Bathroom is shared. Kitchen is shared. There is a train that passes close to the house. If you are a light sleeper bring earplugs and or sleeping mask. We live in the house and have 2 other airbnb guests. You are expected to clean up after cooking/eating/drinking. You will share the common areas but your bedroom will be private. There is a kitchen, dining room, living room, front/backyard, washer and dryer. The bathroom has draws and you can put your personal toiletries in the draw.There are personal spaces in kitchen cabinets and refrigerator. We have a washer and dryer, please buy your own soap. Tell me how your stay is going and if you need anything. `Aldi is the closest food store a few blocks away and within walking distance. It is right next to a convenience store which is open 24 hours. Bus stop, Aldi, Michaels, Burlington: These stores and the house location are off of biscayne boulevard and NE 108th street. Whole Foods, publix, walgreens, gas, pizza, home depot, fedex, LA fitness, restaurants etc are on 125th street which is 17 blocks away. If you drive to 125th street and cross the bridge you are on the beach 10 minute car ride. Public transportation is within walking distance and blocks away. Most guests have used Uber and love it. It is recommended that you open an uber account on the internet if you don't have a car before you arrive. There is plenty of parking in the circular driveway or across the street if you have a car. Bicycles are available to rent on the nearby streets if desired. Miami can be a noisy city. It is mostly quiet, but there is a train nearby so it may wake u if you are sleeping. Please bring ear plugs/mask if you are a light sleeper. We live in the house and have other airbnb guests.
