Welcome to our beautiful spacious country home, just a 20 minute drive from the Hobart CBD! The house is set on an acre of land with fruit trees to pick, and a beautiful view of Mount Wellington. There is plenty nearby to explore, Willie Smith's Apple Shed, Huonville, Pelverata Falls. The house is nice and cool in the summer, and there is a lovely wood fire for chilly winter nights as well as air-conditioning in the living room. There are electric heaters and electric blankets in every bedroom. The space Rooms There are four spacious bedrooms with queen size beds. The main bedroom includes an ensuite with a shower. The second bathroom includes a bath, shower and washing machine. There are two living rooms, one with a lovely wood fire and the other with a heatpump to keep the house warm in the winter. The kitchen features a large dining table, granite bench tops, a gas-powered stove with 6 stove tops, rangehood, fridge, microwave, oven, and dishwasher.
