Sunridge CUBES are luxury, contemporary-clad bespoke holiday havens with private hot tubs. Both CUBES are separated and surrounded by beautiful countryside. High-end luxury interior includes lofted ceilings and elevated bed space with a skylight, contemporary kitchen, central heating and enormous Ultra HD 3D Home Cinema. Outside of your CUBE 1 bifold doors is a decked area, gas-fired barbi, picnic bench and private hot tub for each CUBE. If Cube 1 is fully booked please check Cube 2 listing. Pet Policy for Cube 1: (£15 per pet per stay - 2 Dogs max) To accommodate all our guests, Cube 1 welcomes up to 2 dogs, affirming our commitment to a pet-friendly experience. Due to limitations with Airbnb's booking system, we cannot add specific pet fees directly to your reservation. To keep the process simple and avoid additional platform fees, a nominal charge of £15 per dog is required. Please leave this fee in cash on the kitchen table at your departure. This helps us maintain the high standard of cleanliness our guests expect. (Kindly note: Cube 2 is not equipped to host pets, ensuring suitability for guests with allergies or preferences for a pet-free environment.) Located in the beautiful South Hams region in the heart of Devon, and only a short drive from a cluster of idyllic local beaches, is Sunridge CUBES. Confused? Don't worry we'll explain! Both of these completely bespoke structures are called CUBES for a reason! Cladded in a grey composite that contrasts beautifully with the surroundings, these spacious novel holiday dwellings are not only easy on the eye but offer a retreat that's completely unique. Step inside and you're greeted with a generous open plan living space with vast 3-metre lofted ceilings complete with skylight for star gazing. A modern kitchen, complete with an electric oven, fridge, dishwasher and gas hob awaits so no need to go hungry and indulge in your tailor-made cuisine. You won't have to sit on the floor, don't worry, as a dining table with 2 chairs allows you to eat in comfort! A large comfy sofa is a perfect spot for gazing out onto the decked entrance through the expansive bi-fold doors. Forget un-comfy sofa beds, as a few hops up some stairs and you can snuggle down into the CUBE bunk. Complete with king size mattress, this is the perfect nest at the end of a busy day to get some z's. The bathroom comes complete with a gas-fired shower to wash away a hectic day, and a toilet and sink, which goes without saying obviously! You certainly won't go cold in your CUBE as it's heated with a large composite grey radiator that feels more like a piece of art than a plumber's fixing! The icing on the cake is the Big Screen 3D Ultra HD 4k projector!! Located up high on the lofted ceiling this casts a glorious image over 4 metres in size to the opposite CUBE wall. Sit back on the sofa and disappear into the silver screen with any favourite movies you wish to bring with you. This is an immersive experience complete with the very latest Dolby atmosphere surround sound system that enables you to step into any world that you've always longed for! Who needs a crowded multiplex cinema? You certainly won't! The XBOX One adds another option for those guests not just wanting to serve movies on the enormous screen! Fling open the bi-folds to the decked area and park yourself on the bench seating and you'll be engulfed in the local countryside. Please don't be alarmed as the local friendly squirrels will often like to say hello from the surrounding trees! Cube 1 has a generous private lawned area above it complete with a second larger deck and sun loungers. This is exclusive to Cube 1 guests. Last but certainly not least is your own private hot tub! Need I say more? Thought not! Guests can book each CUBE individually or why not both exclusively for the ultimate unique family escape. (See Cube 2 Listing). This isn't a Pod, this isn't a cabin, this is a CUBE! Located in the South West in Devon, Sunridge CUBES are close to the Salcombe Coast and Dartmoor National Park. This could be the perfect Unique Devon Escape allowing you to indulge in something quite different! INSIDE SUNRIDGE CUBES: We have 2 CUBES at Sunridge Retreats, each located in its own private pockets with its own private hot tub. Head up some steps and you'll find that CUBE 1 has PRIVATE access to a little secret garden space. Complete with an additional deck area, this is perfect for sunbathing. CUBE 2 has a larger deck for alfresco dining. Step inside the bi-folds of your CUBE and you're greeted with contemporary lofted ceilings complete with a large feature skylight. The roomy and modern open-plan interior maximises space and at 3 metres high you won't feel claustrophobic! The modern kitchen includes an electric oven, under-counter integrated fridge/freezer, gas hob with extractor hood and even a slimline dishwasher for those not wanting to bother with the aftermath of a home-cooked meal! A dining table with 2 chairs is provided so you can sit in comfort while indulging in your favourite cuisine. The lounge boasts a large comfy sofa overlooking the decked area through the giant bi-folds. Come rain or shine, gaze up and you can watch the skylight reflect the ever-changing elements of the English climate. The bathroom boasts a gas-fired shower for the ultimate indulgent soak complete with a toilet, sink and towel radiator. The CUBE bunk area is up a few stairs and is located above the bathroom. This is a snug space but once you've shuffled in you'll realise this is far superior to a sofa bed. After a hectic day, guests can rest and recuperate on the king-size mattress. Overlooking the ground level you can either gaze down or gaze up at the large skylight. On stormy days there's nothing better than listening to the sound of the rain from the skylight while you drift away into dreamland! We've even included a second Smart-enabled HDTV for lazy mornings in your bedroom snug! For those movie enthusiasts amongst you, we also provide the very latest Ultra HD 3D home movie projector complete with Dolby Atmosphere surround sound. With an image over 4 metres in size, it wont matter where you are in the CUBE. If you’d rather play games than watch movies - just fire up the Xbox One console and get stuck in. We provide 4 sets of 3D glasses and a small selection of movies and XBOX games to get you started. Guests can bring their own movies/games but we highly recommend you use HD BluRay movies when served on such a supersized screen! Bi-folding doors open onto a decked entrance and a large picnic table & gas-fired Webber barbi awaits! Free WIFI also means you can hook up to the modern world from anywhere in the CUBE. Sleeps: Ideally Couples (but can squeeze 4 - additional charge applies). Private Hot Tub. Elevated bunk sleeping space with king-size mattress (complete with bedding) and Smart HDTV overlooking the ground level. 2 x Floor ottoman beds for extra sleeping. Guests must bring their own bedding for the ottoman beds (for more than 2 guests). Guests are also asked to bring all of their own towels. Thank you. Many guests enjoy the extra insights and videos available. CUBE Policies: Check-in and Checkout Times: Check-in is from 4 PM. Checkout is by 10 AM. Pet Policy: Your CUBE is delighted to welcome up to 2 dogs, ensuring your furry friends can join in on the holiday fun. To help keep our sofas and furniture clean, please bring dog blankets for your pets. Pets are £20 each per stay. Please let us know if you have any pets by adding them when booking. Due to Airbnb's system limitations, even if you select two dogs during the booking process, the amount charged will not increase, and we will only receive one pet fee. Therefore, if you are bringing more than one dog (2 max in the CUBE), please leave an additional £20 cash on the kitchen table at departure to cover the extra pet fee. This fee covers additional cleaning to ensure our space remains pristine for all guests. Packing Tips: Please bring towels for shower/hot tub use, and barbecue tools for hygiene reasons between guests. The kitchen is well-equipped, though we only provide basic consumables like salt and pepper. We provide a king-size mattress in the bunk area above the bathroom (bedding provided). There are 2 ottoman floor beds downstairs for extra guests (bedding not provided for these pull-out beds). Guests must bring all of their own towels. General Policies: Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 9 AM. Strictly no campfires or naked flames/disposable barbecues allowed. The supplied gas barbecue must be left in its location away from the cube decked area on the chippings. No excessive loud music to respect the surrounding hamlet and on-site guests.
