Cool air conditioning throughout - all living areas and bedrooms. Gas heating in downstairs lounge, heaters in all bedrooms and electric blankets on all beds in the colder months. Please note that Africa House is not separated from the front house with a fence and although guests have dedicated parking inside, the parking and outside clothesline areas are shared with the front house. We booked Africa House & Spa for two families stay during holidays at Perth in December 2018. We were surprised with the house contemporary interior design upon check-in. Its renovation and facilities were beyond our expectations whereby the house is well furnished with premium cabinetry, furnitures, lighting and flooring. Whole house is air-conditioned, clean and well maintained giving us homey, warmth and cosy feel throughout our stay. One of the bedrooms has been decorated with Africa paintings and artwork matching the theme of Africa. Besides, almost everyone of us commented the mattresses and bedlinen are comfortable, clean, smell nice and good, recharged us with ample rest over night for next day attraction visit. In addition, the mothers and daughters enjoyed the spa pool beside the house every night before going to bed. The washrooms were provided with clean towers and toiletries as per hotel accommodation. Apparently, the host had put up all efforts to take care her house guest needs. There are also libraries in two of the bedrooms which I personally enjoyed reading its collections of some good academic reference books. We hope to stay in Africa House & Spa again in future holidays. We would definitely recommend this accommodation to relatives or friends whoever visiting Perth.
