This home is situated on 1 acre of property in a quiet, remote neighborhood. Clean home, spacious, and welcoming atmosphere. * 2 minutes from Oakdale Mall, Wegmans, DD, shops and restaurants. * 3 miles from downtown Binghamton... plenty of nightlife, shopping and restaurants. * Minutes from Binghamton University, and SUNY Broome. The space Spacious bedroom and living space. Large/comfortable bathroom with double sinks adjacent to bedroom. Use of kitchen. Guest access Street parking in front of the house is available... no fee. Bedroom, bathroom and den are private for guests. Shared living spaces available are kitchen and large living/family room. Laundry is available at additional fee. During your stay We love to visit but will also respect the privacy of those who want a quiet stay. Other things to note Unfortunately, due to allergies we are NOT able to welcome pets.
