Enjoy an elegant experience in this house that is 1.5 km from the beach in a very quiet area with a private pool (which can be heated). The house is modern and features 3 large bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, one with a whirlpool tub, wireless internet, smart TV, air conditioning and a fireplace. Fully equipped kitchen with kitchen utensils such as washing machine, dishwasher, coffee machine, etc. The space We have a baby crib and a high chair available at no additional cost. Bed linens, bath towels and kitchen towels are included. We leave 2 rolls of toilet paper for each bathroom, the customer is responsible for stocking after finishing. We do not provide shower gel, shampoos, oils, etc. Guest access Restrictions: This accommodation is intended exclusively for families, reservations for groups of young people and friends are not accepted. The rules of coexistence must be respected and the neighbors must not be disturbed. Noise: Guests must maintain respectful and considerate behavior with other guests and neighbors at all times and try to keep the volume of their conversations, televisions, and music moderate so as not to disturb others. Quiet hours are between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. Other things to note • You can be made to heat the pool at an extra cost of €150 per week (if the stay is less than a week, the amount is equal to the full week), the amount must be paid at Check-In.
