The garden is shaded and fenced. A private space is reserved for you, you have a fully equipped outdoor kitchen, a small seating area, relaxing inviting to rest. The living room consists of a kitchen, dining room and living room. The kitchen is equipped with a large capacity fridge and freezer,an electric oven, a microwave, an induction plate, a 12 cutlery dishwasher, plenty of storage, various appliances; juicer, raclette machine, Vertuo coffee maker, a table that can accommodate 6 guests . The living room consists of a comfortable corner sofa, armchair and wall TV. A large Italian shower of 120cm , a toilet , a washing machine,a tumble dryer and an electric towel dryer make up the shower room. This apartment offers ample storage , a spacious bedroom with a dressing room , a large bedroom with wall closet and the third smallest is equipped with a desk and an apartment bike. The shaded terrace is equipped with a side table and bench for a quiet coffee.
