A corridor leads to bedrooms set apart, the master bedroom with a private protected pergola and another double bedroom, both with ensuite bathrooms & WC. The bedrooms also have direct access to the front sea view terrace. The front pergola has a stone table as an outside dining space and a sitting area with a commanding peaceful view on the sea, the Aegeria village windmill and the Agios Giorgos church. UNIT 2 : Guests will find a spacious open-plan living room with kitchen and dining area space. A corridor gives access to 2 double sea view bedrooms and one single bedroom which has a mountain view (all ensuite). The south terrace is also shaded by a "sails" pergola and opens onto a vineyard. A great place for lunch or diner. On 1st floor, a separate double bedroom with ensuite bathroom can be found with its own terrace providing privacy and an exclusive sea view. The Villa has a cycladic geometrical design with a dominant white style supported by quality materials. The villa suggests aspects of the Greek art through cheerful light pieces and frescos. The two neighboring units of this Villa are connected by large terraces and walkways. The layout was thought to insure the independence and privacy of the two units.
