It includes: Bedroom with double bed (160 × 200 cm), smart TV and access to the covered terrace (about 25 m²) Living room with kitchenette, comfortable sofa bed (sleeping area 145 × 195 cm), TV and also access to the terrace Sleeping space for a child upstairs (sleeping element: 200 × 80 cm) A spiral staircase leads to the attic area with direct access to the spacious roof terrace (about 45 m²) with a jacuzzi – reserved exclusively for the guests of the apartment. The modernly equipped kitchenette has high-quality appliances and all the necessary bathroom and kitchen utensils for a comfortable stay, even as a self-caterer: Dishwasher, microwave, ceramic hob, oven, fridge/freezer, washing machine with dryer function, iron, hairdryer. Relax with lounge furniture and loungers on both terraces and the 2-3-person Jacuzzi overlooking the Baltic Sea and Lake Resko. Check-in and check-out are contactless via a key box. Guest access A parking space in the underground parking lot is available for your car – exclusively for the guests of the apartment. There are two charging stations for electric vehicles on the premises as well as a closed, covered bicycle pavilion, which are also only available to the guests of the apartment. In addition, our guests have free access to the indoor playground and gym all year round. Other things to note The extraordinary location of the complex, nestled between the coastal lake Resko Przymorskie and the Baltic Sea beach and surrounded by a picturesque pine forest, makes this place an ideal destination for peace, relaxation and enjoyment of nature. Rogowo is a charming coastal town in Powiat Trzebiatów-Kołobrzeg, about 170 km from the German-Polish border. The area is located in the "Natura 2000" protected zone and belongs to the Kolberg microclimate zone, which is known for its particularly healthy sea air. The region offers a wealth of scenic and cultural highlights. The nearby towns of Kołobrzeg (Kolberg, 16 km) and Trzebiatów (Treptow, 17 km) delight with neo-Gothic and medieval architecture. The surrounding villages also entice with historic churches, bridges and typical Pomeranian charm. The popular seaside resorts of Mrzeżyno (4 km) and Dźwirzyno (3 km) are also in the immediate vicinity – perfect for varied excursions. A wide network of cycling and hiking trails as well as water sports and paddling opportunities offer numerous activities for lovers of active recreation.
