Beachfront studio( standalone) situated in front of surf break in Te Awanga. Open plan studio with decks both sides, bbq, newly renovated upstairs with a full kitchen all linen supplied . Separate bathroom below accessed from outside.( for your own private use) A quick walk to wineries, cafe and coffee shop ,a bike hire near by, safe swimming ,fishing and & surfing. We are situated on the cycle track. Private and relaxing in front of the ocean. The space Unobstructed views of the ocean, option of an additional outdoor hot shower in the garden to rinse off after a swim in the ocean should you like to use it . Surrounded by a tropical garden , very private from the owners. Guest access Parking is roadside by the pond opposite the property Other things to note Please note: The bathroom is at the bottom of the stairs and access is external. Stairs to the studio are reasonably steep and may not suit someone with hip or knee issues. We haven't had people have issues with this over the years but want to make sure it isn't an issue for you , we want nothing more than for you to be happy with your stay. Please note we have a security camera operating on our own home this covers our main entrance and garage and this is purely for security . There is no cameras near the studio / decks or inside dwellings .
