The separate kitchen is fully equipped, with oven, fridge with separate freezer, 4-burner gas hob, extractor hood, dishwasher, microwave, traditional coffee machine, toaster, kettle and washing machine. The master bedroom has a 160 cm (2 x 80 cm) relaxation bed, a closet with a wardrobe, and a bay window opening onto a third south-facing balcony, with an electric awning. The second bedroom includes a 140 cm bed and a closet with a wardrobe. The bathroom offers both a bathtub and shower, vanity unit, towel dryer, convenient storage and a window with sea view. The toilet is separate and has a sink. The apartment is also equipped for families with babies, with a high chair and a baby bed available.
