Saffron House - Cascina Adami

Completely renovated 16th century farmhouse surrounded by nature. Composed of 4 adjacent and independent apartments (Indigo, Chili, Saffron, Mint). Saffron House is an apartment for 2 people Upper floor: hall, bedroom, Japanese bathtub, bathroom with shower, balcony. Ground floor: living room with sofa and chaise longue (which can be used as a bed for a child), kitchen and dining table, service bathroom with sink and toilet, exit to the garden with table, chairs and umbrella. Southern exposure The space - The swimming pool (open May, June, July, August and September) is shared with the guests of all the apartments. Other shared spaces: barbecue and terrace. - For logistical and safety reasons, and for the well-being and tranquility of other guests in other apartments, it is not permitted to host or receive visits from people not included in the reservation. Guest access Smoking is prohibited inside the house, but is permitted outside. Other things to note - Tourist tax: 1.50€/night per person - Italian law requires that each person must be in possession of their own valid identity document or passport for recognition and registration with the Authorities (Art. 109 T.U.L.P.S.) In the absence of a valid document it will not be possible to accommodate people without it. - Towels will be changed free of charge after 5-6 days for stays longer than a week.
