Ideal for long stay or short holiday! The space Large and peaceful retreat welcomes guests for a respite from the busy city. Come back from a day of work or exploring to your dreamy double bed with a brand new spring foam mattress, electric blanket, down duvet, fibre pillows, and luxurious linens, with large windows overlooking the garden. Study in the comfort of your room with the study corner equipped with writing pads, pens, pencils, LED desk lamp ready at your disposal. Catch up on your favorite Tv series using the high speed uncapped fibre internet for Netflix, Showmax etc or just stream podcasts, whatever your choice, it is at your disposal. Private separated bathroom( your use only) with high pressure rainfall shower, stocked with Tresemme shampoo & conditioner, Nivea sun-kissed shower gel, Oh So Heavenly Bath range, and feminine hygiene products, spare toothbrushes, toothpaste, dental floss, Mouth Wash, Antibacterial Gel, make up remover wipes, etc . The kitchen has a Microwave, toaster, kettle, Blender, deep fryer, mixer, Fridge/Freezer and Oven at your disposal to prepare breakfast and light meals. The building has both elevator and a stairway, the apartment is on the first floor. The garden has a tool shed and a bbq/braai hut with a built-in bar , lots of potted plants , very good space for relaxing outdoors in the evening. Guest access You are welcome to use the lounge, garden hut and kitchen. my bedroom and bathroom are private and not available for guests, (I live in the apartment) working as a private chef. I may or may not be here, but prefer to give my guests their privacy even when I am home. Feel free to reach out with any questions! During your stay I am available on the spot to help if you need me as I live in the apartment. As a private Chef I am available to help with your meals if you require help (at a fee), I have menu cards in the room for both breakfast and lunch/dinner if you need them. Other things to note NOISE: For your comfort I would ask you keep noise to a minimum, especially at night. SAFETY: For your security, only guests booked into the apartment will be permitted, unless otherwise arranged previously. NO SMOKING: Smoking is not permitted in the apartment. LAUNDRY: Washer/Dryer facility is available. UPKEEP: I kindly request that the apartment is left tidy, that dishes, pots and pans are washed when you use them.
