SC Apartments is a family operated, Tourism Approved Accommodation in SVG. Our traditional apartment is located in the Residential area of Frenches, and it takes about 10 mins to walk into the city, Kingstown. The space The property is comprised of 5 other apartments, which are occupied by Tenants. Apartment#6: This particular space has 3 bedrooms, a private driveway and a balcony. Bedroom 1 - Fan & Window AC -2 Double beds Bedroom 2 - Fan & AC unit- 1 Queen size bed Bedroom 3 - Fan Only - 1 Double bed & 1 Single bed Living & Dining area - Window AC & Fan NB#: Access to Bedrooms are dependent on number of guests booked. USD$20 charge nightly for each additional guest staying. Single Guest: Bedroom 2 Double Occupancy: Bedroom 1 & 2 3 to 9 Guests: Bedroom 1, 2 & 3 Guest access Apartment #6 Other things to note ***A group of 3 or more guests can send a stay request for 1 night *** 1- The property is 3 stories tall and Apt#6 is on Level 3 which is 1 flight of stairs up, using the top main entrance. 2 - The property is clean, traditional, and central BUT IT IS A LOW BUDGET PROPERTY. With our low rental rates also comes low-budget furnishings. The beds, although comfortable, are simple wooden and/or metal frames, with regular foam padded mattresses, which were bought locally. Our bed linens and towels are from Amazon low-budget line. Our kitchen items are low-budget and locally purchased. 3- We use budget-friendly window ACs in BR1 and Living & Dining area, they are not as quiet or as cold as split system or central air system guests may be more familiar with. As a budget friendly property on an island with one of the highest Electrical prices in the world, we ask that when guest leave the apt, they always turn off the AC. Windows and doors must also be closed for ACs to cool the space and works best if curtains are drawn to lower the thermal load of the sun coming into the unit. 4- There are no landlines on the property. Guests will want to either buy local sims or be prepared to use their local cell roaming or download a WIFI messaging app. 5- We do not operate as a hotel and do not provide services such as daily housekeeping, concierge assistance, or front desk services. 6- As a tropical location you can expect to see dogs, cats, fowls/chickens, lizards, birds, crickets, frogs, mosquitoes, on or near the property. 7- Please note that St. Vincent, being classified as a developing country, experiences occasional island-wide utility outages. Although these instances are not frequent, they are more likely to occur during the hurricane season. It is worth mentioning that our building is strategically located in the Kingstown area, which typically results in quicker restoration of services compared to the more rural and less densely populated areas of the island. However, it is important to be aware that our property does not possess backup water tanks, generators, satellite phones/internet, or natural gas tanks.
