Our cottage is classified and labeled 3 Clévacances It is close to all tourist sites and amenities With modern furniture, it is equipped "like at home" It is particularly suitable for hosting young children You have your private terrace with garden furniture You share with our guests of the 2 other lodgings the private enclosed land of 500 m2 with playground, barbecue, deckchairs and can park your car, your bike You can come and visit our animals The space Your cottage "La grange " is located on the ground floor and has all the comforts needed for a pleasant stay: TV, hifi, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker and pod coffee maker, kettle, pressure cooker.... Your cottage was opened in 2022 and has good insulation WIFI is available throughout the accommodation (free) and a work desk is available in the master bedroom I can provide you with the following options: (Ask me right after your booking) * Sheets placed on the beds upon arrival: €8 single bed, €15 double bed, €3 baby bed: bed sheet and fitted sheet *All towels: €6 per person * Lot e 3 tea towels: €5. You have a washing machine in each cottage to ensure maintenance if needed. We do everything we can to make your cottage clean when you arrive; So we're counting on you to take care of it The end of stay cleaning is included in the price. Please note that you have the equipment as well as cleaning products in your cottage to ensure maintenance if necessary. If the checkout instructions are not followed, you will be asked for an additional €30 fee (photos to support) If your cottage is returned in a significant state of dirt, you will be charged an additional cleaning fee (€30/hour), photos to support it. In case of simultaneous rental of 2 or 3 cottages, an additional €30 cleaning fee will be requested at the time of booking Cycling friends: We have a shared bike rack on the enclosed lot and it is possible to store them on your terrace. I'll provide you with protective covers. I also have a locked room to store 2 bikes ( to be booked) I put at your disposal the cleaning products and basics to start your stay in the kitchen I provide you with documentation to organize your stay and I am at your disposal to provide you with personalized advice I provide you with all the necessary childcare equipment free of charge (folding bed, high and junior chair, bathtub, play mat, change mat, dishes...)
