Come enjoy a relaxing mountain getaway in the Columbia Valley in our comfortable, spacious, air conditioned 2-bedroom 2-bath condo located in beautiful Radium Hot Springs, British Columbia. Our home is just a short 1 km walk to town where you will find groceries, pubs, restaurants, mini golf, shops, and a brand new local brewery. You may even meet a few bighorn sheep or deer along the way! Radium STR License Number: 2025125 Maximum Occupancy: 4 People The space Our second floor 2-bedroom 2-bath condo has mountain views. Both bedrooms are furnished with queen sized beds. The master bedroom includes a full ensuite bath and there is another full bath just steps away from the second bedroom. There is also a comfortable double pull-out bed in the living room. The southwest facing balcony includes a plumbed-in propane BBQ (no tanks required!) and ample seating. It is our favourite place to sip a morning cup of coffee or an evening glass of wine while enjoying the views of the Purcell Mountains. Our space has comfortable dining for up to 5 people and a breakfast bar for 2 at the kitchen pass through. The kitchen is fully equipped including a dishwasher and microwave and is stocked with the essentials for cooking, eating, and drinking. Other amenities include air conditioning, a gas fireplace, in suite laundry, free Wi-Fi, a flat screen TV with streaming channels, books, board games, an elevator, above ground parking, a seasonal outdoor heated pool, and year round outdoor. Underground parking upon request. Our condo is walking distance to all essential amenities and a short drive to many, many more. Guest access You will have full, exclusive access to our condo during your stay. As our guest you will have full access to the pools and hot tubs. There is no utility trailer or camper trailer parking available at the Peaks. Note that the pool and amenities room may be closed or have restrictions due to maintenance, local and/or government restrictions. Other things to note There are 11 golf courses in the area, including one just across the street, and quick access to lakes, bike trails, hiking, and of course the town’s namesake hot springs. Whether you prefer the quiet tranquility of a small town vibe or a reliable home base for mountain adventures, our little retreat has everything you need to escape the city bustle and reset in the fresh mountain air.
