Bundalong On Clarke is a spacious family house, located 300m from the Murray river frontage & boat ramp on the Victorian border, 3 hours drive from Melbourne, in a quiet small town. Short walk to the Bundalong Tavern, cafe general store Four bedrooms, two bathrooms, two living areas & secure fully fenced back yard with hot plate BBQ Evap. Cooling throughout & split system heating in family room Linen supplied Unlimited Wifi included 9 x 5m Boat Shed and parking GARAGE NOT FOR GUEST USE The space The family home has two large spacious living areas with an open plan living/dining and kitchen with an island bench. Four good sized bedrooms, master with queen size bed and ensuite. Bedroom two has two single bed and a single trundle bed. Bedrooms three and four both have queen size beds. Sleeps 9 guests in total. Travel cot in the master cupboard and high chair in the kitchen for infants. Large split system heating & cooling in the main family room and evaporative cooling throughout the home, including all bedrooms. Additional blankets and column heaters in each bedroom. Fully equipped kitchen with electric hotplates and oven. Dining table for 6 and three bench stools. Fully self catered. Start up amounts of toilet paper, coffee and tea provided. Unlimited Wifi included. Linens are supplied. BYO beach towels. Smart TV in family room with Netflix etc and chromecast built in, use your own logins. Small indoor workspace. BBQ hot plate outside with an outdoor dining table for 6 and four stools with table. Fully equipped laundry with dryer. Boat shed in rear yard 9x5m. NO POWER/LIGHTING. Garage not available for guest use. Parking available in the driveway or out the front. No smoking or vaping indoors. There is a motion detection security camera at the front door recording 24/7, covering the entryway and driveway. Easy Self check in. Walking distance to the local playground and basketball/tennis courts. 20 min walk to the local pub which is also dog friendly, the local cafe and the general store, for fuel and basics. Guest access Parking in the driveway or out the front or rear of the property, on the street. No parking on rear lawn! 9x5m Boat shed for boat parking or additional cars, access from back street. Please do not lock the side door. Note there is no power or lighting in the boat shed. Garage not available for guests. Other things to note Checkin from 2pm and checkout 10am. Please send request if you require early checkin prior to your stay and I’ll do my best to accommodate, however not during peaking times.
