Welcome to The Beachfront, a boutique, luxurious vacation rental , overlooking the Indian Ocean. Our newly renovated space features a 2-bedroom suite with a separate kitchenette, bathroom, and bathtub; with a private entrance and divided from the main house by double brick walls. You'll have plenty of privacy, as well as enjoying an outside lounge area and shower for rinsing off sand and salt. The outside area is perfect for watching the sunset over the ocen, enjoying a sunset drink and BBQ. The space Each bedroom is uniquely styled with quality cotton linen, cushions, throws, and cozy beds, and is equipped with reverse cycle air conditioning and ceiling fans for your comfort. Wifi with TV streaming platforms is available in both rooms to watch your favourite movies, series, YouTube & sports. The kitchenette is compact but well-equipped for preparing basic meals, including a large fridge, grill, kettle/toaster and microwave; there's a Webber Q BBQ positioned outside, perfect for sunset entertaining. Guest access Entrance to the Beachfront is easily accessed using a lock box & code. The Beachfront is centrally located, just steps away from the beach and Beresford Foreshore and just 2.5km from the Geraldton CBD. Access to the Geraldton Foreshore, local restaurant and hire if e-scooters is directly over the road from your accomodation. Enjoy an easy walk into town, stopping at our local AJ's Beach Cafe overlooking Midalia Beach. Other things to note Our property is perfect for 2 to 3 people or a small family. Although we do cater for up to 4 guest we did receive a review saying it was over crowded with 4 adults if you have lots of luggage. The space is compact and does not contain a lounge room. Instead we have the beach over the road & a private outdoor space for your entertainment needs. A luxurious bath with natural products allows you to soak and blissfully relax to the sound of the ocean. As well as a seperate shower. Parking is available at the side of the property. We also have a seperate, lockable and secure space for a caravan or trailer on request.
