The main property is set on a single level: the modern décor features natural tones in the fully equipped kitchen and a spacious, tastefully furnished living area. There are three double bedrooms, one twin bedroom, and five bathrooms, including a guest bathroom. A separate annex, located on a lower level, includes a comfortable sofa bed, an armchair bed, a bathroom, and a laundry room. The villa also offers an outdoor shower, a barbecue area, parking space, and a garage. Villa Il Rifugio degli Architetti is the ideal choice for those seeking a holiday of privacy and relaxation. The beautiful beaches of Cala Serraina and La Marinedda are located not far from the villa. Just a few minutes away lies the famous beach of Li Cossi, with its crystal-clear water and incredible shades, set in an untouched natural landscape. The rocky coves of Le Baiette and Le Sorgenti are also close by and perfect for sunbathing and swimming. Costa Paradiso is an ideal destination for trekking, diving, and snorkeling. Other things to note Pets are welcome upon request, subject to approval and an extra fee, provided they do not go on beds or sofas and are taken outside the property grounds for their needs. Please note that the opening and closing dates of the swimming pool are subject to changes depending on scheduled maintenance, weather conditions, and approval by the property owners. For check-ins between 9:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m. (upon request), an additional fee of €30.00 applies. In case of late check-in from 10:00 p.m. onwards (upon request), an additional fee of €50.00 will be charged. For check-ins between 10:00 p.m. and 12:00 a.m. (upon request), an additional fee of €50.00 applies. In case of expected arrivals after 12:00 a.m., the possibility of a late check-in must be confirmed by our staff, and an additional fee of up to €150 may apply. WASTE DISPOSAL: Please respect the recycling regulations and dispose of waste properly according to the instructions provided at check-in. Waste must be sorted into separate bags for organic waste, plastic, glass, paper, cans, and residual waste, and placed in the appropriate bins. At CHECK-OUT, the property must be completely free of any remaining waste. Failure to comply will result in a penalty of €250.00 being withheld. Upon arrival, a security deposit of €1.000,00 will be pre-authorised on your credit card. This amount will be automatically released (depending on your bank’s processing times) at the end of your stay.
