The space Waterfront Paradise on the Cove is a 2-bedroom apartment on the 1st level of a 2 level/2 family house. There is parking for 2 vehicles in the RIGHT lane of the driveway. You will have a private entrance to the private apartment from the main front door or through the sliding door on the back deck. Comfy beds with new mattresses. Light block shades in the bedrooms for napping and sleeping in undisturbed! The driveway is shared with the upstairs apartment, and you may pass other guests on the beach. There is a washer/dryer in the unit and water toys under the deck. The house has direct access to the water, handy to launch a kayak or float around, though not a sandy beach. Bring swimming shoes to explore the tranquil water and rocky terrain. Or relax on a beach chair with your toes in the water during low tide. Then move up to the deck to watch the water rise all the way up to the seawall during high tide. There is an outdoor shower with hot and cold water at the back of the house as well. The smart TVs include Hulu Live TV, ESPN+ and Disney+ for your viewing pleasure! The large deck affords front row seating to the cove and views of spectacular sunsets over the bridge. There is a comfy set of outdoor seating furniture and a BBQ. Guest access Guests will park in the driveway designated for "A". The access to the unit is through the main door. You will enter with the instructions provided after confirmation of booking. Other things to note The property is equipped with 2 adult size bikes and 2 small kids size bikes. There are also two kayaks for you to use and if you so choose as well as other water toys. This property is located directly on the water; there is no barrier to prevent children or animals to walk right down to the water. Please be mindful of younger children. Blue Bill Cove is commonly used for water toys by the houses on the cove and by locals. Yes, you can swim there but if you're looking for a sandy beach, you'll want to go to Grinnell's Beach across the street, or drive into Middletown or Newport (10 to 15 min).
