Hello, and welcome to La Villa Beau Soleil! At the foot of the Ardèche gorges, your 95 m² vacation villa, located close to the village of Saint Julien de Peyrolas, is located at the bottom of a sunny hill in a quiet area. The 700 m² unoverlooked exterior consists of a covered terrace, a petanque court, synthetic grass, and a heated swimming pool (7 x 3.5 m) secured by an electric roller shutter. If you're looking for peace and quiet, this villa is for you. The space The villa is designed for 6 people, where you'll find: - A 50 m² living room with fully equipped open kitchen. - Bathroom with walk-in shower and double sinks. - A bedroom with 1 bed 160 x 200 cm - A bedroom with 2 beds in 80 x 200 cm that can be converted into 1 bed in 160 x 200 cm. - A sofa bed that converts to 140 cm (in the living room). Included are bed linen and towels, pillows and duvets. Bathroom linen includes 1 bath towel/1 hand towel/1 washcloth. The bedding is of very good quality, for a pleasant sleep. Our villa is a peaceful oasis in a little piece of heaven. Optional: We can provide for young children at no extra cost: baby bed, high chair, small potty and baby bath (on request) Guest access The automatic gate is also an additional comfort. We would like to be drawn to our commitment, in view of the health crisis due to Covid-19, to clean the pavilion with great rigor, following the standards of disinfectant cleaning products in force, in order to ensure you have the most serene vacation.
