This charming, split level , 3 bedroom, dog friendly (no cats) bungalow located in the village of Angarrack, near Hayle in Cornwall, has stunning views of the viaduct, village and countryside across to Trencrom Hill. Trencrom View provides spacious accommodation ideally placed to explore Cornwall's north coast, just over two miles from the closest beach at Hayle in St Ives Bay. Access to the property is via a number of steps from the driveway. Please message us if you have any questions. The space Our bungalow is accessed via steps up to the front door. Next to the front door is a useful wooden shed, ideal for storing beach equipment, buggies, dropping off luggage. The front door opens onto a hallway and to the right is the well-equipped kitchen, offering incredible countryside views from the window, as well as wooden units, an electric range oven, fridge, freezer, microwave, air fryer, dish washer and a washing machine, along with a dining table and 6 chairs. A high chair is available, please message us if you would like to use this. To the left of the hallway is the living room. This has ample seating for all, with two sofas to choose from, a smart tv, and log burner. The sliding patio doors lead out onto the balcony with more seating and stunning views across the valley to Trencrom Hill. Children or dogs should not be allowed onto the balcony unsupervised. The bedrooms, which are accessed via steps from the hallway, can accommodate 5 adults (plus travel cot) or 4 adults plus two children sharing the single bedroom and a travel cot. The single bedroom has a single bed and a trundle pull out bed for an extra child's bed if needed, (please message us if you would like to use this), a hanging rail for clothes and a wall mounted tv; the double room has a double bed, storage, family games and books and the master bedroom has a double bed with built-in storage and tv. A travel cot can be provided, please message us if you would like to use this. The bathroom has a walk in shower, heated towel rail and basin with handy built in storage for towels etc Outside there is parking for two cars in front of the bungalow, a front garden and an enclosed, private back garden with a lawn perfect for enjoying the sunshine, garden chairs to sit on with a glass of fizz and table, chairs & BBQ for dining al fresco. Trencrom View is in a quiet, private, residential road so we ask guests to adhere to a quiet time between 11pm and 7 am every day. As dog owners ourselves we welcome a maximum of 2 well behaved, supervised dogs and have made the back garden an enclosed, relaxing space for you all to enjoy. Dogs may only be left alone in property if they are in a secure crate or by prior arrangement with us. We are unable to accept cats into the property. No smoking or vaping in the bungalow or on the balcony. Guest access The whole house and garden is for the sole use of our guests. Other things to note Trencrom View is our home which we let out over the summer months, it is accessed via steps and can accommodate 5 people comfortably but we do have the capacity to sleep 6 if the trundle bed is used.
