There are a total of two queen beds in an upstairs and downstairs bedroom, the upstairs with an ensuite and its own balcony, an extra single bed in the downstairs bedroom, and a pull-out sofa bed (comfortable for one adult or two children) in the living room if you need some extra sleeping space.
