Large shower with multiple settings and the bathroom that is comfortable for four. You will feel right at home with everything you needed. Cook our own breakfast and have coffee on our darling private patio right off the living room. The Condo is on the ground floor, easy access. The gated community is safe and comes with your own covered parking spot. This condo is easy to get in and out. It is also just a short walk to the pool, which also has comfortable lounge chairs to rest on and enjoy the warm Las Vegas weather. Please note that the community pools close for the winter season in October and typically reopen around March or April, depending on the weather. Other things to note The mail and mailbox are not available. There's an extra charge for using the baby crib NO PET POLICY: We have a strict no pet/animal policy due to past experiences with allergies and potential property damage. We understand the importance of pets to many travelers, but unfortunately, we cannot accommodate them at this time. We appreciate your understanding and compliance with this policy during your stay.
