Property is located just a few blocks from the one of Mexico's largest freshwater lakes, Chapala. It has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, cozy wood burning fireplace in the living room. Full Kitchen with all utensils, all pots and pans you'll need, not to mention new stove, refrigerator and coffee maker. Private rear patio and large garden space to enjoy the afternoon sunshine. The space This is a historic house is located walking distance to many amenities. Located close to Parque de la Cristiania, the American Legion, the beautiful lake of Chapala, El Malecon, Market, and plenty of restaurants. There's a lot of vendors at the lake and through out the nearby streets. Guest access Guest will be able to access the entire house, the exterior patio and a portion upstairs which can be access through the patio which has clothes hanging lines. The house has a back entrance where guest can securely park up to 2 cars. Other things to note The police station, fire department and a hospital are all near just within a few minutes.
