The space Enjoy all the amenities this spectacular condo has to offer - The kitchen provides everything you need, including all stainless appliances, kitchen essentials, an island bar with four barstools, and a dining table for six. The family room boasts a sofa (non-sleeper), SmartTV, and access to a private patio with outdoor furniture The master suite features a king-size bed, flat-screen TV, access to patio, a private bathroom with double vanity, and a separate tub and shower. The guest bedroom has a king-size bed, flat-screen TV, access to patio, a semi-bathroom with single vanity, and shower. Convenient in-unit laundry room with washer/dryer. All bath linens, bath soap, hand soaps, and shampoo are provided. However, we do not provide beach towels, chairs, or laundry soap. Central air-conditioning/heating, free WiFi, keyless entry systems, and free parking are also included. Guest access Registered guests will have private use of the entire condominium via personalized keyless entrance code and access to all resort amenities, including outdoor bar and grill, swimming pools, hot tubs, fitness gym, grill areas, tennis/paddle ball court, and putting green. Upon arrival, guests will be directed to the onsite check-in office for registration. If arrival is after 5 p.m., security gate staff will assist with check-in. After registration, guests may proceed to their unit. There is an assigned parking space in the covered parking garage and additional free parking available in the non-covered parking lots. Other things to note MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT - One Guest must be at least 18 years old and is REQUIRED to stay at the Property (e.g., NOT just an absentee signer for under-age Guests). MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY - 6 guests. The HOA sets and strictly enforces their occupancy rules.
