Located within 3-4 minutes of ISU, access to the freeway, close to hospitals, the LDS temple,and Yellowstone Ave for shopping, eating out, entertainment, etc. Just a 35 minute drive to lava hot springs. Come stay, you will love it! **Some pets allowed with added pet fee and pre approval only** The space *This home has one bedroom on the main level and the 2nd bedroom is downstairs. *Please note that there is no direct access from the garage into the inside of the home. When using the garage, you will exit the garage then close the garage once you’re outside, then come inside from the front, back, or side door of the home to get into the home. (The garage is attached to the home but there is a solid cement wall separating the home from the garage) Other things to note *this home has stairs. You will need to step up 3-4 steps to get into the home. The large front Tv/living area, kitchen, large full bathroom, and a small bedroom is on the main level. The stairs going downstairs are a bit steeper. Downstairs there is a 2nd bedroom and an unfinished laundry room area that is separated by a sliding barn door. *the backyard is accessed from a back/side door off the kitchen or the sliding glass doors in the master bedroom.
