The space As you enter, you'll find a well-equipped kitchen with upgraded stainless steel appliances 🍽 and for the coffee lovers a pour-over drip (made from Portugal), a regular drip, and K-Cup coffee maker ☕️. The living room features a queen pull-out couch 🛋 where you can unwind by the gas-powered fireplace, connecting from the living room and bedroom. It’s simple to use,just flip a switch for an instant cozy ambiance. Stream your favorite shows on our Smart ROKU TV 📺 from either room. Just BYOL (Bring Your Own Login & Password) The bedroom has a brand NEW comfortable king-size bed 🛏 for any type of sleeper and blackout shades for a good night's rest 💤 . The room includes a jacuzzi 🛁 with battery-powered candle lights and a private en-suite bathroom with a spacious stand-up shower. 🚿 You will find the secluded balcony towards the back of the cabin overlooking nature 🌲 and a 4-seater hot tub where you can relax and wind down. If you enjoy outdoor cooking, there is also a charcoal grill available at the front of the cabin—just bring your own charcoal and get ready for a great cookout under the stars! 🔥🍖 If you don't want to be entirely off-grid, we do provide the fastest internet ⚡️ out there, AT&T FIBER, for your phone 📱 / laptop 💻 needs & a DVD player 📀 if you want to bring some of your favorite movies. Guest access ✔ Entire cabin is private for you—no shared spaces. and a private balcony facing towards the park above the roads. The private driveway can accomodate up to 2 normal sized vehicles 🚗 🚙 If you have a BIG sized truck 🛻, it will be a tight fit, but do-able. Other things to note - The road leading up to the cabin has some curves as you climb to the top of the hill. During non-winter months, any 2WD vehicle handles it without a problem. If there’s snow on the ground, we recommend using a 4WD for safer access. - We provide a starter for coffee, toilet paper 🧻 , paper towels, dish soap, laundry soap, & bathroom soap 🧼. You may need to buy more if your stay is longer - All Guests Must Be 18+ (children with parents are allowed) - 4 Adult Human Max. Message us before booking if you have more than 4 Humans - 2 Vehicle Max - Bears are dangerous 🐾 If you take trash out, place in black trash bin and LOCK cage - The fireplace is shut down April 1st to September 30th as with every cabin in the area - The hot tub is for guests 21 and over only. Alcohol is not allowed near the hot tub. You are not allowed to use the hot tub if you have consumed alcohol or you are pregnant. Use the hot tub AT YOUR OWN RISK 🚫 - No pets allowed. If you sneak in a pet of any kind you will be charged an additional $100 and you will be asked to leave - No late check-out or early check-in unless approved. If you arrive early or depart late there will be a $50 charge - Absolutely no fires inside or out. Unauthorized fires (including candles) will be charged $200 plus damages. Please be respectful of this, we have had many wildfires in the Smokies, my ask is that it not be from human fault - No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/other things that are beyond our control -Instructions for Bedroom lights.
