The space This is a lovely studio guesthouse equipped with everything you need to enjoy your stay near the Catalina Mountains. We are close to Saddlebrook, Rancho Vistoso, Sun City, and Oro Valley for those looking to visit family but wanting your own space! Kitchenette, BBQ grill with burner, gas fire pit, lots of seating on the wrap around porch, linens, towels. mini split for AC/heat, and if something is missing please ask! Please note this is a kitchenette and has no stove or oven but does have a single burner hot plate. There is also a side burner on the BBQ that works great for cooking. Pans are provided. There is one queen bed and we allow 2 adults. The main house is on the other end of the property. When arriving during daylight hours the gate is open and you just come on in. After dark we make arrangements for an easy self check in. The property is completely fenced and secure. For ranch safety no children or pets and this is a non smoking of any kind facility. Please respect our no pet policy. This is a strict rule for two reasons. One: insurance, no children or pets due to livestock on the property and two: owner/operator has severe allergies to cats/dogs. No pets also allows us to offer a completely safe environment for others who deal with the same allergy issues. Thank you for your understanding. If you have skin sensitives please let me know. We offer a complete set of bed linens (sheets and pillow cases) washed in a free and clear laundry detergent. I just need a heads up on this at least 5 days prior to check in. We have Xfinity high speed internet so working remotely is possible. The Samsung smart TV provides some entertainment and you are welcome to use your own streaming account with our provided internet. Just don't forget to sign out when you leave. Please note an outside security camera is being installed on the north side of our shop building. It's purpose is to keep an eye on our front gate. This does not effect the studio in anyway. Just making sure we have this information noted. While our cleaning protocol is top notch keep in mind this is the desert. You are also welcome to join the often campfires in a common area of the yard. Property is completely fenced and you will have a gate opener to come and go. We ask that you refrain from visiting the horses on the property unless an owner is present. Just a common safety protocol. You may stream through your own platform, Netflix, etc. Smart Samsung TV with 100's of free channels. We do not have the the primary networks, but Samsung has lots of options. Football games will not be availble unless you have a way to use your channel subscription here. Lots of sports bars in the area. However this is the desert and we have bugs. The space is inspected before your arrival but you could encounter a bug on the patio or one could get in when the door is open. That is life here. If you are completely freaked out by this possibility then this is not a good fit for you. No refunds or compensation will be given for an insect. We have a strict cancelation policy and highly recommend you consider travel insurance through Airbnb or another source. Especially if you are traveling in the winter from northern snowstorm areas.
