The space - Entire unit/building to yourself for maximum privacy (lower “unit” is a shop that is not occupied) - Mother-in-law on 1.5 acres - Ample parking for RV, Sprinter, and multiple vehicles - Nestled away in the woods with a beautiful territorial view - Very peaceful with an absence of light and noise pollution - We recommend two guests, but can accommodate a third with a fold-out queen-size futon - Requires stairs to access - not ADA friendly - Sorry, strict no pet policy to accommodate our guests with allergies Other things to note Due to living in the forest and having dense tree coverage, cell reception is spotty. Typically T-Mobile/Sprint receives the best signal. However, we have unlimited high-speed internet which you can connect your cell phone and computer to for wifi use (be sure to turn on “wifi calling”). Please Note: Any guests not on the reservation will be charged $25 per guest on a nightly basis. A fourth guest will be charged $25 on a nightly basis.
