The master bedroom boasts a luxurious king-sized Helix Midnight mattress for your sleeping comfort. The main hallway bathroom was fully remodeled in March 2025. The saguaro wallpaper is a nod to the iconic saguaro cactus that you'll find everywhere in Tucson. Guest access Guests have access to our entire property, with the exception of a locked owner's closet in the garage and another in the hallway inside the unit. The garage can accommodate two smaller vehicles, or one larger (but not oversized) one. *Please note- Garage height clearance is 7 feet. Overnight driveway parking is not permitted, per HOA. Vehicles must park inside garage. Visitor spots available nearby in the complex, but not guaranteed to be available during your stay. Other things to note We do *not* have cable TV. Our TVs are smart TVs capable of accessing your streaming services. PackNPlay available upon request. *Damage Waiver Included: Effective 3/18/26- As part of your reservation, a Vacation Rental Damage Protection Plan (Plan) is included to cover accidental damage to the rental unit during your stay. Damage must be disclosed to management prior to checkout. The Plan will pay a maximum benefit of $3,000. Any damage that exceeds $3,000 or is not covered under the Plan will be charged to a credit card on file. A Vacation Rental Damage Protection Plan can be purchased up to, and including at, check-in. Certain terms and conditions apply. By purchasing this Plan, you authorize and request Customized Services Administrators, Inc., d/b/a Generali Global Assistance & Insurance Services to pay Arndt You Glad You Came, LLC directly any amount payable under the Terms and Conditions of the Vacation Rental Damage Protection Plan.
