House renovated in 2020, located on the fishing port of Treffiagat-Léchiagat, opposite that of Guilvinec. You can walk to the beach (700 m) and the shops of Treffiagat and Guilvinec. Detached house composed of a living room with open kitchen on the ground floor, two bedrooms and a bathroom on the 1st floor and a bedroom in the attic. Fitted kitchen, south-facing terrace, pellet stove, toilet on the ground floor and in the bathroom, enclosed garden. The space Bedroom 1, on the 1st floor: 2 single beds, bunk beds, 80 cm wide. Bedroom 2, on the 1st floor: 1 double bed (140 cm) Bedroom 3, on the 2nd floor: 1 double bed (140 cm). I provide two 220 x 240 duvets, two 140 x 200 duvets and 6 50 x 70 rectangular pillows. You can bring your bed linen, or, by notifying me in advance, rent it from me. Other things to note Possible additional costs to be expected: - Rental of sheets + towels possible: €15/double bed and €10/single bed for a "kit" sheets + towels (a total of €50 to equip the whole house) - Cleaning to be done before leaving, but possibility of doing it for €60 if you let me know in advance. End of stay cleaning and linen rental are included in any weekly rental. - kitchen equipment: Small dishwasher (45cm), oven, microwave, toaster, classic coffee maker + dolce gusto coffee maker, kettle, very small freezer, washing machine, barbecue. - The children's bedroom is small, the bunk beds are 80 cm wide. - The bedroom in the attic is not closed by a door, it is still well isolated from the rest of the house by its staircase.
