Tucson Desert Getaway-King or 2 twins

This listing is for the King bedroom (or option of two twins), dresser, night stands, individual reading lamps over bed and closet; Two rooms are available but are booked separately. I can accommodate 4- If double occupancy and both rooms are rented. The property is an acre of primarily Sonoran desert vegetation/trees, Saguaro and cacti. Large patio spaces in back and front with abundant outdoor seating and dining options, with solar umbrellas. The space Visitors Welcome! Free WiFi and streaming (Netflix) If you like to go birding, hiking, biking, this is- great spot. Coming for the winter, El Tour de Tucson, or gem show, rodeo, All Souls Procession, a U of A graduation, Grad-student or visiting instructors/medical professionals, need a place for visiting family members, or are just adventurers looking for a unique Sonoran desert experience? Tucson is a great place to visit! If you wish to have the 2- twin bed option rather than a King bed, I do need some advance notice as it takes some time to rearrange. If you would like both rooms or prefer the South of the Border room, it has a double bed. Each room is booked separately. We are gay friendly and provide coffee and tea in the morning. For an additional $10/day, I can have breakfast items on hand, e.g., cereal, yogurt, fruit, pastries. Just let me know what you would like in advance. I no longer accept pets. Seasonal or long-term rental negotiable (e.g. grad-students, visiting nurses or professors, or winter visitors). Large 4 bedroom 2 bath, one level ranch style home on 1 acre of natural Sonoran Desert habitat in NW Tucson. Enjoy beautiful sunsets and Catalina Mountain and Tucson Mountain views in a quiet secluded neighborhood, that's close to everything. Lots of native wildlife, native birds, bunnies, coyotes and the occasional Javalina or bobcat. Several patios with outside dining areas, backyard has a sound system to enjoy music, read a book or just enjoy the views. Approximately 7 miles from Downtown and U of A, 2-3 miles to prime shopping areas (Tucson Mall, La Encantada, Casas Adobes Plaza) and great local restaurants. Close to Northwest Hospital (La Cholla & Orange Grove). Up to two guests per room. Kitchen privileges, fridge space and on-site laundry room. Plenty of parking, smoking allowed outside only! Guest access Guests would share the hall bathroom equipped with blow dryer and curling iron; shampoo, conditioner and soap. Free Wi Fi, streaming (Netflix), charcoal BBQ, fridge space, full kitchen and laundry privileges, separate family room with fireplace to watch TV; DVD with surround sound system, and old school CD changer with close to 200 CDs to choose from, also connected to patio speakers. During your stay I am equally happy to interact with guests or to give them their privacy depending on their preferences. I am always interested in hearing about where people are from, where they have traveled, etc. if they choose to share and socialize. Other things to note The guest TV area has a selection of books and brochures on Southern Arizona locations; day trips; hiking trail maps, and metro bike trails. Birders delight, I have binoculars and bird books and lots of local birds visit regularly if not daily (e.g. Coopers and Harris' Hawks, Phainopepla, Pyrrhuloxia, Cactus Wren, Gila Woodpeckers, Gamble quail, hummingbirds and a variety of dove and finches to watch or mark off on your bird log.
