Beautiful open and spacious floorplan upstairs; Kitchen, dining room and family room with the best view of the Ocean. only 100 steps away from the beach with its own backyard door to the beach access alley. perfect sandy beach that exposes rocks at low tide to search for tiny sea creatures. Other things to note The property does have a camera on the front yard and back yard for security. we turn off the backyard camera for privacy when occupied by guest. No Pets allowed. No Garage access, park on driveway.
