The room is furnished with a full-sized bed, work desk & generous closet space. 10 mins drive to downtown Sacramento and 7 minutes to Sac State, Midtown, and 8 mins walk to UCDMC. Everything are within walking or biking distance! We have fast wifi, smart home technology which makes your check in process seamless, ample parking & regular house cleanings. The space The room is furnished with a full-sized bed, work desk, and provides generous closet space. 10 mins to downtown Sacramento and airport, 7 minutes to Midtown, and 8 mins walk to UC Davis! Plenty of parking spaces regardless of what time you come home; it's very safe to park on the street. And last but not least - blazing fast internet. Guest access The living room, kitchen, dining area, and laundry room are located here and open for all guests to use. We have one bedroom with a private bathroom assigned to it located on the first floor. During your stay We both work full-time, and Phoenix is working from her home office so you can reach her at anytime that she's awake. Both of us are readily available by text message if you need us. Open communication is very important please communicate to us if you have a want or need fulfilled, we'll do our best to accommodate. Other things to note Safe, well-educated, and quiet area close to plenty of restaurants. Everyone is very friendly and kind in this community. We feel very safe here and we are comfortable with walking at night. The neighborhood is well lit with police stations close by.
