Whether you’re unwinding in the cozy living area, enjoying a glass of wine on the private balcony, or preparing a meal in the sleek, fully-equipped kitchen, this space is designed for relaxation and convenience. This is a newly built mixed use modern apartment building located in the heart of downtown White Salmon. There are two flights of stairs to access the Ph there is no elevator. There is a full kitchen with cookware. We also provide a smart TV that you can use with your Netflix, Amazon, or other subscriptions you may have (we don’t provide cable tv). Parking is on the street and free 24 hours a day (the parking under the building is for our long-term tenants only). There are two public city parking lots about half a block from our building. One is located about 200ft due east and the other is located about 350 feet west of our building. But most of our guests prefer to use the free street parking right next to the building. There is a mini-split unit that provides heat and AC. The mini-split is located in the living room. The bedrooms do not have AC, but do have fans. You are also welcome to use our cleaners laundry room in the basement of the building. Please message us during our stay and we are happy to provide you with the access code. There is a public EV charger half a block east of our Penthouse. Other things to note - Pets are allowed with a $50.00 pet fee is per pet. With a maximum of two pets. We do allow pets so long as they don’t bark. The reason for this is because this residence is located in a building that has other guests, so we want to minimize noise.
