This Charming Bungalow is close to downtown and walking distance to Sycamore Swimming hole at 1 mile in Bidwell Park. It is a perfect place for parents visiting their kids to stay. Close to campus but in a quiet neighborhood. We are using Disinfecting Techniques to combat the COVID 19 Virus. Not a party house! Please respect the neighbors and be quiet after 10pm. NO DOGS. Love them but not allowed. Other things to note For heating the house when cold set the hall thermostat at 65-70 and use the mini split above the TV for quick heating. Put the mode to ai and then set temp accordingly
