One with a king bed and the master with a king bed with an attached bathroom. All rooms have smart TVs. A laundry room with a washer/dryer to yourself. The patio opens to the heated pool and a path that leads directly to the beach. Tile throughout this immaculate condo. See a rocket launch or the sunrise. Your beach vacation is here! Pets only 30 lbs or less are allowed at this complex. Easy walk-out access to the pool and beach. Tons of restaurants and shopping within minutes of the condo, plus the Cocoa Beach Pier! We offer contactless check-in! Canaveral Towers HOA does not permit lock boxes or keyless entry, so you can pick up a key in a lock box at another location in Cocoa Beach about a mile south. An extra set will be left in the condo upon your arrival. NOTE: we own multiple condos at this property and can offer a discount when you book more than one unit. This is great if you're planning a multi-generational or multi-family vacation. It will also be very convenient to have one property manager to work with for all of your rentals. Guest access Self-check-in with keypad. You will be sent your code with your check in instructions. Free parking and an assigned spot for each unit. Other things to note Coded locks are used for all common areas: pool, pool bathrooms, beach access gate and stairwell doors. The code will be sent to you with your check in instructions. Guests have access to the large, heated pool, as well as the shuffleboard court and a putting green. The hallway bench has putters & balls, and shuffleboard supplies are located outside by the court. For families traveling with small children, a pack & play and highchair are available. There are often rocket launches so be sure to check the schedule online at the Kennedy Space Center. You can view from the complex or stroll out to the beach for amazing beach rocket launch viewing! The beaches are really nice here, with lots of great surfing, beautiful sand, wide beaches, gradual grade in the water, not too crowded. NOTE: We own two multiple condos at this property.
