The basement and garage are not included in the accommodations. Our location is very enjoyable to access the lake, walk, bike or UTV. The 1+ Acre yard is great for outdoor games. Launch your boat from the West end public landing, and dock it at the house. Just a little under a mile you'll find Pony Creek Park which is surrounded by a channel to the west and the lake to the south. A local favorite for year round fishing. If you find that you've forgot something, a local well stocked little store is 4 miles away. Other things to note Lake Poygan is part of the famous Wolf River System where you can fish for walleye, white bass, northern, catfish, panfish, among others. The public landing is within a block, and the dock out your back door makes for easy fishing, watersports or just cruising the open waters. There's plenty to do off the water too. Located in central Wisconsin within 15-60 minutes of the Fox Valley Mall, EAA, Oshkosh Outlet Mall, Packer Hall of Fame, snow skiing hill, snowmobiling trails, Webfooters Water Ski show and many more attractions.
