Description

Located in quaint, quiet Historic Mount Sinai. 2mi to Cedar Beach, 2mi to Downtown Port Jefferson, and 2mi to Train Station. Converted convent built in 1856 w/winter water view, across the street from Mt. Sinai harbor, low tide clamming and high tide kayaking and fishing. Next to Episcopal Friary. Antique hardwood floors. Parking available on Premises. Yard Access. The space This apartment is nestled in what was originally a Traders’ home. Built in 1856, it was one of the first homes in the Port town of Mount Sinai. Before we took it over, it was a nunnery, The Sisters of Poor Claire of Reparation. We hope you enjoy its charm. Guest access All of the inside space is private except for the laundry room and the center hallway of the house. Other things to note There is a 5.5% Suffolk County Occupancy Tax that I am required to collect. This has already been calculated and included in your price.
