Capacity is 10 people however more suitable for 8 adults to sleep comfortably at the most , the house is kids friendly . House is gated all around . Pool is gated for safety . The whole house is a large open space between kitchen , dining , main living-room and 2nd living room there is no separation beside the bedrooms and bathrooms. 1st master bedroom has California king bed with a master bathroom. 2nd master bedroom has queen bed and bathroom . 3rd room has a twin bed and a crib available. 4th room a twin bed . Powder room at the entrance to the house . Neighborhood is safe and quiet not allowing parties at all !!! music stops after 9 pm . Outdoor Music during the day should be in an ambient level and should be loud . Please inform us before booking if you need to rent the house for a get together to make sure house rules will work with your plans . No parties over 10 people , for exceptions please contact me before booking to get permission .
